BERRY STREET - CHELMER

 

Adaptive resuse and renovation project located in the inner city suburb of Chelmer is the result of another successful collaboration between Ziegler Build and Design Laboratory.

 

An existing 1950's hardwood framed and brick clad bungalow was part of the existing landscape and informed our main Architectural forms.

The existing bungalow was exquisitely detailed and many of the fine timber work was mimiced in the new extensions and renovations.
